1. 7-Day Return Window: You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for a return:

   • The perfume, attar, or air freshener must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original retail packaging with cellophane/tamper seal intact.
   • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.
   • Due to the personal nature and safety standards of fragrance products, items that have been opened, sprayed, or used cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free immediate replacement or issue a 100% full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Return Shipping: For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping is completely free. For returns due to customer preference, reverse pickup courier charges may apply.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an unopened fragrance for another variant, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
