1. About Us: Radhe Kirti Perfumes is a premier Indian fragrance manufacturer and retailer established in 2003, located at A-103, Ramji Industrial, Near Navakar Residency, Opp. JB & Karp Vidya Sankul, Pasodra, Kamrej, Surat, Gujarat – 394185, India.

2. User Accounts & Guest Checkout: You may make purchases either as a registered customer or via Guest Checkout without creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete delivery and contact details during checkout.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, fragrance notes, and imagery. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments: We accept online prepaid payments via secure Razorpay gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification or COD order placement.

5. Shipping & Delivery: We offer Free Standard Delivery across India for all eligible orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours and delivered within 3 to 7 business days depending on destination pincode serviceability.

6. 7-Day Returns & Refunds: We provide a 7-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Free replacement or full refund is provided for transit-damaged or defective goods reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. 7. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, fragrance formulations, bottle designs, and media, is the exclusive property of Radhe Kirti Perfumes and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability: Radhe Kirti Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services beyond the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
